TCELL Product Warranty
1. Warranty Terms
TCELL guarantee that if TCELL’s products fail under normal use due to manufacturing defects or raw materials, TCELL will provide complete repair or replacement services during the warranty period. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be made for the product’s current value at the time of the product warranty claim or lower amount in the purchase price. Consumer needs to provide the proof of purchase (including purchase date, price and place) and describe the problem. The terms and conditions of this Warranty Service may be updated from time to time. Please refer to the latest version published on this website.

3. Limited Warranty Clause
This limited warranty does not apply under these circumstances:
1.Malfunctions or damage that is caused by natural disasters, accidents, acts of vandalism, and improper use, improper installation, etc.
2.Products that have been damaged due to abuse, misuse, any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.
3. Warranty or authenticity label have been modified, smeared, removed, damaged and lost.
4. Products purchased through unauthorized resellers, second-hand retailers.
*TCELL's Products(including USB Flash Drive, Memory Card and SSD) are consumer electronics, it's not suitable for long-tern sequential write device(except Endurance MicroSDXC memory card).
*TCELL may not provide the warranty service depends on the product situation if use TCELL's products(except Endurance MicroSDXC memory card) on the long-tern sequential write device(dash camera /surveillance camera/server).
4. Disclaimer
TCELL warranty does not include data recovery or backup. We do not liable for any damage to or loss of any digital data and not be responsible for data recovery, backup or any charge arising therefrom. Furthermore, TCELL shall in no event be liable for any defect, damage or data lost arising the delivery for repair and replacement.
Consequently, we STRONGLY SUGGESTED that you regularly back up your data from the product, before sending the product to TCELL for Warranty Service, please remove all the data that in the product.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TCELL shall in no event be liable for any losses of profit, anticipated savings, data lost or indirect, incidental or consequential losses, damages caused by products.
Since TCELL's products are not designed for extreme precision technology or absolute safety applications, it is not recommended to apply the products in life support machines or other emergency equipment, which may lead to personal injury or death if such equipment is defective or suffers a breakdown, including but not limited to medical or medical-related equipment, military or military-related equipment, aircraft, traffic control equipment, disaster prevention systems, combustion control system, nuclear energy system, and so forth. TCELL shall not be liable for any personal injury or death, or any loss or damages to property arising from such kind of application mentioned above.
Other Statement:
This warranty terms and conditions are unique and entire, and supersedes all other warranties and representations, whether oral or written. TCELL makes no other warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, whether expressly or impliedly.
5. Warranty Applicability
TCELL’s warranty terms and conditions only apply to consumers who have purchased our products through legitimate sales channels.
